Which frequency would a frequency-counter count , if it is connected to
an antenna that is recieving several frequencies close to each other in
amplitude?

A frequency counter will count the highest frequency among those received, assuming they are within its measurement range. If multiple frequencies have the same high amplitude, it may switch between them or average them out.
