Cause: in CREATE TABLESPACE, the AUTO SEGMENT SPACE
MANAGEMENT was used with a DICTIONARY extent management clause.

Action: Either specify LOCAL extent management or remove the
AUTO SEGMENT SPACE MANAGEMENT specification.

Please add more information about this Error
