can we start slipring motor on star delta like we start
induction motor ? if yes where will we connect ?

No, you cannot start a slipring motor on a Star-Delta starter like an Induction Motor. The Slipring motor has a fixed rotor and is usually started with a DC motor starter or soft starter.
