why magnet has north and south poles only why not east and
west and why we are considering as north and south poles?
why cant we consider as east and west?

The Earth's magnetic field lines form a closed loop, with the North Pole having a magnetic field pointing towards the geographical South, and the South Pole having a magnetic field pointing towards the geographical North. This is due to the planet's internal structure and the way its liquid outer core behaves. While it's theoretically possible to define East and West poles, they are not recognized in the conventional geomagnetic terminology.
