When the System Requirement Specification does not meet the
clients requirements, it should be intimated to the PL( who
prepares the SRS and should be documented in the Test log &
analysis of data which should be discussed in the
Management Review Meeting.
The action is the SRS should undergo a revision thereby
updating SRS to match with CRS
