Advantages of using an 11 kV and a 66 kV input for power transmission include reduced power loss (as higher voltage results in lower current and thus less I^2R loss), increased transmission capacity (due to the ability to carry more current), and improved system reliability (since fewer transmission lines are required for long-distance power transfer).
