RVT stands for Revised Valuation Tariff, which is a tax structure in the UK for gas transmitted through the National Transmission System (NTS). The NTS operator sets RVT to recover the costs of operating and maintaining the system. On the other hand, NDR refers to Network Distribution Redistribution, a concept in telecommunications that describes the redistribution of network traffic by an intermediate network provider.
