When a single pase capacitor run motor- run on 230vac and
Case(1)run with 8 Mfd 250 vac.capacitor , Case( 2) run with
8 Mfd 400vac capacitor. What is difference between both
case regarding power ,efficiency etc?

In Case 1, the capacitor voltage (250VAC) is less than the motor's operating voltage (230VAC), so the current drawn by the motor will be higher, potentially leading to inefficiencies and potential damage to the motor or capacitor. In Case 2, the capacitor voltage (400VAC) is greater than the motor's operating voltage (230VAC), which could reduce the current drawn by the motor and potentially improve efficiency.
