,Finally these all looped /Now my Question :- will it not
harm in case of Transformer Fault current flows in Dediacted
N Earthing to Looped Body Earthing.

It is a potential issue. When a fault occurs, the transformer may route the fault current through both dedicated N earthing and looped body earthing, which can cause ground currents or magnetic distortions that might affect other equipment or the overall system performance.
