Their roles include: 1) Cost Planning: They estimate the costs involved in a project to help manage budgets effectively. 2) Tendering & Procurement: They assist in preparing tenders, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts. 3) Cost Control: They monitor and control costs during the construction phase to ensure they stay within budget.
