During the final face-to-face interview for a manual testing position, you can expect questions related to your understanding of various manual testing methodologies, test case creation and execution, bug reporting, and understanding of different tools used in manual testing. You may also be asked about your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Since you are switching from BA to QA, the interviewers might ask questions related to your prior experience in business analysis and how it can help you in the new role as a tester.
