In MySQL, there are several functions to manipulate column properties. Here are a few examples:
1. ALTER TABLE - Modifies the structure of a table by adding or removing columns.n Example: `ALTER TABLE employees ADD COLUMN salary DECIMAL(8,2);`
2. CHANGE - Renames a column while changing its data type if needed.n Example: `CHANGE old_column new_column DECIMAL(8,2);`
3. MODIFY - Alters the data type or properties of an existing column without renaming it.n Example: `MODIFY old_column DECIMAL(8,2);`
