A website sitemap can be made automatically or manually. Notepad can be used for manual creation of small websites with few pages.
However, using an internet tool like my sitemap generator or XML-sitemaps.com is the ideal method to accomplish this.
Yoast SEO and other SEO plugins for WordPress websites automatically create sitemaps.
