if a credit card for personal use
Then you can ledger under bank OD a/c,
Like : HDFC credit card 1234 under group ledger Bank OD A/c

A rendered professional service to company XYZ and sent an invoice dated 01/01/2016 for Rs 1,00,000/- + service tax Q1.
