Since transmission line length is less than 80 km so it is definitely short transmission line. Voltage rating for short transmission line is <20 kV. So choose accordingly.

Why current shoots up in the secondary on the knee point voltage during saturation test of CT? How core saturation effects the secondary current (while the primary side is open)? What the logic behind this?
