If the load of transformer is getting more than its
rating,,,than how to overcome this problem? Suppose thee
rating of transformer is 315kva and the load is going
beyond than the rating say around load: 352kva...
Than how can we solve this problem without deducting the
load.

Imagine 352 kva load operating at the pf of 0.8. If you're increasing the power factor to 0.95 by using static or synchronous capacitor the the kva will reduce to 274 kva and the transformer now meet the demand comfortably
Apart from this the other method is to connect another transformer in parallel with the existing one
