Which is economical... A column of size 9"*9" Using M20 Or a column of Size 9"*12" Using M15

now a days not using M15 grade concrete for columns even though if we are using M!5grade
here it is over size than (M20 grade)it will take excess material and time also except cement so 9"x9" with M20 grade is economical
