there are some major points that we should remember if ur going to work in a bpo . most important is a good communication skill , we should be active listener , a strong convincing power , politeness and a always keep calm ur self , a good fluency , a good prodcut knowledge . if u all have that then u always going to met ur target and u can may very good quality .
