I have choose bba because has its provide strong foundation in core bussiness and I gain my knowledge and experience than I get job opportunities in my home country in IT companies and multinational companies with a good salary that’s is why I have selected this course

Do I need relieving letter from the company I work in to get a f1 visa?
Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I have sound knowledge though in mechanical design and CAD concepts which i plan to do MS in..?? Do i have any chance ti get an F1..? What would the V.O ask me..?? My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

Hi, I have a L1B filed by my employer which is valid till 10/10/10. I quit my employer few months back and the L1B is not valid. I am planning to take up Higher studies in US and apply for F1 Student visa. I am concerned that being in India, will I be able to apply for F1 with L1B valid till 10/10? I believe i need to cancel the L1B and I am wondering how to proceed with the cancellation. Please advise!
My toefl score was 78 but I scored very poorly in GRE in both my attempts.But the application requirement was to show toefl score only,I got an admission with an assistantship and now duirng my interview I am planning not to show my GRE score?what if the consular ask me why I havent given GRE cause it seems like mandatory for doing MS?In that case what should my answer be?

hello i am nandu... my acadamic % is 61.09 n GRE - 910 , toefel -63 i hav applied for visa in july n got rejected .. n then again i applied in august n got rejected again... n da reason was "not going 2 return bak 2 india" ... for the two times i hav booked da slot through EMERGENCY slots... so now there is no chance for me to buk da slot in emergency... so for the 3rd time can i book the slot through normal slot?? if yes,i hav tried booking the slot through normal but its showing an error message stating dat "interview appointments are not currently available.. please check bak in 24hours.f u hav an urgent need to travel,please consult emergency appointment on this site.." so can any plzz give me a suggestion that how can i book my slot for the 3rd time in normal slots...
