Cause: One of the operations, SCHEDULE_PROPAGATION,
ALTER_QUEUE, LISTEN, DEQUEUE was issued for a NON_PERSISTENT
queue.

Action: Do not specify a NON_PERSISTENT queue for these
operations.

Please add more information about this Error
