Cause: You either tried to create a pipe that already
existed and belonged to someone else, or remove a pipe that
you were not authorized to use, or put a message into a pipe
that you were not authorized for, or get a message from a
pipe that you were not authorized for.

Action: You may have to use a different pipename.

Please add more information about this Error
