why the transformer neutral give to the earth ?

we are connect to earth with neutral for making the strong neutral .if neutral is fail then earthing is work replace on the neutral during the neutral failure.

What is the basic principal, by which DC voltage level is increased more than the supplied AC voltage during conversion. As upto AC level it is contorrled by firing anlge but after maximum level how is it possible.Please clear picture. OR we have to supply the higher level AC?

Is there a diode made that works with AC 120 volt 20 amp? If so can it completely stop all current flow in 1 direction at all times?
1. The DC generaror,s induced output emf is connected with a DC motor(as load). when increasing the load of the motor by using brake drum or any way. what are the parameters will changes in both motor and generator(voltage, current, resistance, frequency, speed, torque, power, flux etc...) 2. Similarly for AC generator and AC motor 3. similarly if using DC batteries instead of DC generator, What happens?
