What, in the construction of a transformer, controls KVA?
For example 600/208/120 V transformer can be 10kVA or
45kVA!!! What do we change in the construction of a
Transformer in order to change the rating but not the
voltage.

If Kva rating it's depends upon the temp up to which it can whistand
Generaly 75'c
For more Kva more current so more copper
Nd for same copper with increasing Kva cooling needs to be change ie OnAn to OfAf
