1.capital market is market for raising capital by dealing in shares bonds and other long term investments where customer where suppliers are investors, and users of capital are business, goverment and individuals
2. equity shares are the shares that carry voting rights, the rate of dividend also fluctuates every year, equity share holder don't get arrears of dividend.
prefrence shares carries prefential right in the matter of dividend and repayment of capital. rate of dividend is fixed, prefrence share holder get arrears of dividend of preveous year.
