i practically make a star delta control circuit and a direct
online control circuit?

most induction motors are started in direct on line, but when large motors are started that way because of disturbance of voltage on supply lines due to high current . to control the starting current we the star delta connection using direct of line control circuit using connectors and timer to reduce the starting current
