1 TMC means
1Thousad Million Cubic feet = 1000*10^6 cft.=1000*1000000 cft=1000000000 cft.
Again 1 meter = 3.28 feet
There fore 10^9÷(3.28^3) Cubic meter
=28338605.07 cubic meter
As 1 cubic meter = 1000 liters
=28338605.07*1000 liter
=2.833*10^10 liters
=28.33*10^9 liters.
