Selling is an art, but when you want to sell something it should never sound like that you have a need to sell, you should look on a perspective to create a need for the buyer. When the buyer will feel he has a need for the phone or the product you want to sell it will be easy to convince him. You can always start with introspecting as to what phone, computer, pen or product he/she is currently using, and accordingly you can imagine while asking what are the pros and cons he likes about his current device. Further, you can go ahead and ask his expectations from his phone and things he would like to add. Later you can go ahead and offer your product, majorly focusing on his expectations directly comparing it with his existing phone with what you are offering today, and to nail it at the end, offer him a lucrative exchange offer for his device and to kill it- offer payment options like EMI so that customer can't say no, add 0% interest on it.
