A share has a nominal value,where stock has no nominal value...,Share can issued directly to public,but stock cannot be issued directly.Only the fully paid up shares can be converted into stock.........

Hi this is praveen completed MBA with Finance and HR as specializations in 2007 im very much intrested in appearing for group exams? so I want to know when will be the next edition? ie how I need to apply for groups for the 1st time?
Under Funds Managment, where a Company can park its idle funds temporarily (like call money market, treasury bills etc.,)to maximise the returns. I need answers elaborating various channels the Conmpany can invest wisely. Any Financial Controller can narrate his experience in managing the funds, which will be very practical for us.
