i am pramod shinde. i am staying in ghansoli Navi Mumbai basically i am from maharashtra . about my educational qualification i am completing my hsc from shivaji university kolhapur in 2009 with 68% .
about my work experience totally i have 4 years work experience in bpo sector and currently i am working with vertex customer management as relationship executive since last 1.5 year. i have a 3 family members. my mother is a home maker, elder brother is work in bank as cashier,and elder sister is married.my hobbies are i like to play& watch cricket.listening songs.thats all thank you.

Hi, this is Alaguraja working for a KPO sector. recently i got a offer from TCS E-Serve with good hike after all my formalities done the HR called me and said that I have to join within 10 days though she knows that I have to be in notice period (30 days) in my company where there is no compromise in that. I asked her that will you relieve your employee if there is any requirement from your side. But she simply said, "I don't know" you speak with your HR and confirm whether you can join or not....... Pls answer.
