is there any chance to get shock from the transformer oil at
the time of maintenance due to its dielectric property. . ?

This X fmr oil it's have specific di- electric strength normally 40kv/min so when this value gone down at that time x fmr safety circuit will be trip the x fmr breaker other wise no chance to get shock...
