ORA-01523: cannot rename data file to 'string' - file
already part of database

Cause: During ALTER DATABASE RENAME or ALTER TABLESPACE
RENAME, the new name of a file is already present in the
controlfile.
Action: Rename the file to a name not already being used as
part of the database.

when i ran any workflow or session, getting below error: seesion task instance[s_xxx]: Execution terminated unexpecterdly
