1. Call centers are built to maximize the company's revenue and profits are sgared thru wide range or a bandwith of system placed in a single machine or epitome. All services are shared and experienced by the clients globally. These are the quarters for handling numerous problems, data, and information to delivering quality service across the globe. That is why the foreign investors have planned to increasing the centers by integrating its facilities worldwide. It also gives opportunities for all.
2. If you hired me, I will give my maximum effort and very best for the benefit of the company. Rest assured I am computer savvy which it requires for you to work with computers. And I can't wait any longer to showcase my ability.
3. Because it gives opportunities for all. All the benefits cannot be granted and guaranteed in other industries unlike here, where everything's fine and secure, from having that travel incentive, healthcare insurance, retirement plan, and other awesome perks. All of these are guaranteed upon your first day of job.
4. I have no problems with your salary ( do not ever, ever! Mention any amount unless you're a tenured agent or experienced in this job).
5. Yes. I can work anytime, depending on my availability of my schedule. ( or just simply say YES to that!)
6. Lastly call center is a firm or an entity that catches the high volume of calls. Quality over quantity is important. What is a call center without talented people if let's consider the number of people who are working here.
