instrumentation job is to calibrate transmitters for exemple level ,pressure ,flow we use multimeter for the analog transmitter ,in smart transmitters we use a hart protocol .
other work is to calibrate pressure switch ,level switsh,temperature switch .
you adjust the valves switches ,on and off ,open and close.
you calibrate the valve with positionner ,pneumatic positionner or digital .
you deasmantel the pneumatic control valve ,and change the spare parts,the calibrate without positionner ,the open top at 3 psi and the close top at 15 psi.
you look for ground when there is a problem in instrument wiring.
you adjust the controller parameters PROPORTIONAL -INTEGRAL and DEREVATIVE when the controller is operating ,on line process.
