How will you change the action of a control valve?

Answer Posted / morsli

you have in positionner the direct and reverse action ,you have only to commutate to direct action means when the signal fron the controller rise the out put of the positionner will rise also ,in same direction 4-20 ma signal to i/p positionner the signal will be 3-15 psi from the positionner..
but in reverse action when the signel from the controller increase the out put of positionner decrease reverse action 4-20 ma signal to i/p positionner the signal will be 15-3 psi from the positionner.
sincerly
