Yes, we need to use BVA and ECP for Login page. In the Login page you will be having user name and password fields and there will be conditions like password should contain Min char and Max char also other conditions like Special characters, Numerics, Alphabets. so for Min and Max length use BVA and for other things you need to prepare combination of data like password with Alpha Numeric and spl char.
