VCB Means vacuum circuit breaker, its contact arc quenching medium is vaccum ckt breaker its used in ht line .
safety: earth fault relay , master trip relay, supervision relay,
its used for main supply ON and OFF with safety .
Its using supply test faulty condition and unfaulty condition.
