Cause: The Data Guard broker has the record of the apply
instance but the apply service is not running on the instance.

Action: Re-enable the standby database to clear the error.

Please add more information about this Error

In my project I am using star schema and only diimension tables are loaded and not fact tables any one can help me why it is happening? Plase guide me.
