Why ideally the internal resistance of voltmeter should be infinite and of an ammeter be zero

I think that for an ideal ammeter resistance value is zero.
From ohms law ,V=IR=>I=VR.since R=0,so current is infinity.
Similarly for ideal voltmeter their is no voltage drop across it,so voltage is zero.
