ORA-16777: unable to find the destination entry of a standby
in V$ARCHIVE_DEST

Cause: Either a destination was manually deleted or no entry
was available for Data Guard.
Action: Check the Data Guard broker log and the Oracle Alert
log for further details. The log transport service may need
to be reset.
