How to find the range of DP cell Transmitter for measurement of level in closed vessel.
Answer Posted / manoj
in closed tank measure nozzle to nozzle distance
lower nozzle will be HP Since liquid will from bottom and reach to top level so that top level so lower to upper nozzle distance is1000mm and if its wwater multiply by density so its 0 to 1000*density(1) if its vapour or steam in it
use condesing pot so hen you fill initally so pressure apply on lp side so that why we have to consider -1000mmec to 0mmwc so once water filled in line it becomes o%(equal pressure) after that open upper and lower vale now once process level start level start to increase from hp so its 0to 100% in trasnmitter that is -1000mmc to 0 mmwc
