Cause: Logical standby apply engine was started with fewer
processes available than needed.

Action: Increase the values of the initialization parameters
PROCESSES and and PARALLEL_MAX_SERVERS, or the MAX_SLAVES
parameter seen in the DBA_LOGSTDBY_PARAMETERS view.

Please add more information about this Error

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
