Cause: The value for the specified LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n (n =
1...10) parameter contained a REGISTER attribute that
specified an invalid file name template string. If
specified, the REGISTER file name template string must
indicate an O/S-specific file path name including thread and
log sequence number substitution directives (%t, %T, %s, %S).
Action: Correct the value for the LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n parameter.
