How will we calculate the number of cement bags in 6 foot by 6
foot footing?
Answer Posted / pavan
6 Foot * 6 foot* 6 foot ,first convert in to mts
1 foot = 0.3048 mts
so 6 foot = 0.3048*6= 1.828 mts
so 1.828*1.828*1.828=6.11 Cum
according to mix design or nominal mix cement content will be provided per cum.
example if min cement content is 380 kg/cum for m30 grade
6.11 * 380 =2321.80
or 2321/50 = 46.36 bags
