Cause: The value for the indicated LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n (n =
1...10) parameter failed to include a destination option. A
destination option is specified using either the LOCATION or
SERVICE attrbute.

Action: Correct the value for the indicated
LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n parameter.
