it is clear that volts equal to the current as per ohms law.
is it appliable to the AC power or only for DC. if it is
appliacable to AC in transformers when voltage increases
the voltage decreases ????? why??????????????

Answer Posted / izhar ahmed

Ohm's law is applied for both AC/DC ckts(phyciallly connected) .But for the transformer we cant use it simply it is a magnetic circuit which are magnetically coupled and principles are based on Faraday law of electromagnetic induction(EMI)
