Cause: An ALTER DISKGROUP ... DISMOUNT command specified a
diskgroup which had database instance clients with open
files in the diskgroup. Diskgroups cannot be dismounted
until all open files in the diskgroup are closed by the
database instance clients.

Action: Stop all clients that are using this diskgroup and
retry the ALTER DISKGROUP ... DISMOUNT command.

Please add more information about this Error

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
