Responsiblities of store manager is to look after the complete
Process of stores such as ,described below
1.Ensure the incoming and outgoing goods.
2.Delegate responsibilities to store assistants,guiding and motivating them.
3.Follow 5S,FIFO.
4.verifying fisical stock weekly/monthly.
