The phase impedances are equel that is z-phase=z-phase=z-phase that is called balanced system.
The phase impedances are not equal that is z-phase1 and z-phase2 and z-phase3 that is called unbalanced.

We have a couple of oil tanks at our plant. One of them does not have a lightning arrester installed.
