MCP: Motor Circuit Protection
MCB: Main Circuit Breaker
Those are two abreviattions referred to NEMA
This difference is usual in MCC where you have, for example, MCP for motor starters (NEMA 1,2,...), and MCB other kind of loads, for example AFD or SS
