whenever i will find any defect the i will track that defect on defect tracking tool it might be-JIRA,MINTUSHUB,QC etc assume i am using"JIRA"-
Project name-ATM
Severity- Critical
Priority- High
Summary- insert the card->withdraw the amount(10000)->did not get any amount but still getting the amount deduction message on mobile.
expected result- The deduction message should not be come on the mobile if we did't get any amount.
Actual result- getting the amount deduction message on mobile even did't get any amount from the machine.
Steps to reproduce-
1>insert the card in ATM Machine.
2> select the language and click on "withdraw amount" option.
3>enter the valid pin code and select the account type.
4> enter the amount exp-10000 and click on "ok".
